SILKS LEVEL 1

Students focus on building strength, body awareness, and safe habits on the silks. These fundamental skills—basic climbs, foot locks, and inversions—lay the groundwork for every advanced trick and drop they’ll learn later. By mastering clean technique and proper alignment, students develop the confidence and control needed to progress safely while discovering the joy of movement in the air.

SILKS LEVEL 2

Level 2 introduces a wider range of climbs, wraps, and positions that expand a student’s aerial vocabulary. This stage focuses on combining strength with fluidity—learning how to transition between shapes, hold positions with control, and begin exploring drops in a safe and supported way. These skills deepen body awareness while building endurance and creativity, preparing students to handle more complex wraps, knot work, and dynamic movement in Level 3.

SILKS LEVEL 3

In Level 3, students refine their strength and precision while integrating advanced wraps, intricate Drallion variations, and dynamic drops. This level emphasizes fluid sequencing—linking climbs, positions, spins, and drops into performance-ready routines. Beyond strength and technique, Level 3 encourages students to explore artistry and expression, using the skills they’ve built to create aerial stories with confidence and individuality..

ACRO LEVEL 1

Develop strong foundations in limbering, strength, and technique. Introduce core acrobatic tricks, positions, and musicality, while encouraging precision, balance, and discipline.

ACRO LEVEL 2

Expand strength, flexibility, and control while introducing balances, inversions, and more advanced limbering. Students refine technique on both sides, start exploring performance quality, and develop confidence linking tricks into combinations.

ACRO LEVEL 3

Develop advanced flexibility, strength, and control while introducing one-handed, spiral, and inversion-based skills. Students refine artistry, musicality, and performance quality, linking tricks into longer sequences with confidence.

TINY TUMBLERS

Introduce foundational tumbling and flexibility skills while encouraging independence, strength, and creativity. Students build confidence in basic tricks and start linking movements into short combinations.

ACRO AND SILKS

providing students with a strong foundation in strength, flexibility, and body awareness while developing safe and confident training habits in both ground acrobatics as well as aerial silks

OVERSTRETCH AND CONDITIONING

Students will focus on precision in foundational skills, alignment, and body awareness, ensuring correct mechanics that build strength and prevent injury.

ADVANCED SILKS

refine and master technical precision, artistic expression, and performance endurance while exploring complex sequences and dynamic drops. At this stage, students will integrate strength, flexibility, and aerial awareness into fluid, polished routines that demonstrate control, creativity, and confidence in the air. Advanced Silks focuses on transitions, choreography, and performance quality, preparing students to work independently with safe rigging practices, sustained endurance, and the ability to layer artistry over technique.

MOVEMENT AND TRANSITIONS

This class focuses on teaching students how to link tricks, balances, and tumbling sequences with smooth, intentional transitions, creating movement that feels cohesive and expressive.

TUMBLING AND LIFTS

By combining tumbling and lifts, this class equips acrobats with the technical foundation, strength, and collaborative skills needed to perform powerful, controlled, and expressive acrobatic sequences both individually and in partnership.
